At Ajara, we care about you, your skin, and what you have to say. Your comments and concerns are important to us. Returns

We do NOT accept returns on any spa equipment. If any of the equipment is faulty it may be exchanged for a new piece of merchandise in satisfactory condition (certain restrictions apply).

We will gladly accept returns on skin, hair, and body care products used or unused. If for some reason you are not satisfied with Ajara products, you can return any full size products within 20 days from the date of your invoice for a full refund. Unfortunately Ajara cannot issue refunds for products that have been depleted by 25% or more.

On any returned item, we do not refund the original shipping and handling cost for your package. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

We cannot accept items not purchased on our web site.

To return a product,

call customer service at 414.559.2299 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). We cannot accept any returns without this number.



~place the item you are returning in safe packaging, and write the return number on the box.
~make a copy of the original invoice, mark the items you are returning.
~write the reason for the return. It's as easy as that

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, call Customer Service (414.559.2299, 10am-5pm CST)

For damaged goods/wrong goods sent:

Merchandise to be returned for an exchange within 20 days from the date of invoice. Ajara will pay for the return shipping by sending a UPS call tag. Please call Customer Service at 1.414.559.2299 to arrange for an exchange.
